Pretty knitting needles
I finally got around to making up the needles for knitting
multidirectional scarf.
I had borrowed the book, Modular knits by Iris Schreier from my local library. In the book it says to take dpn's and add something at the top to keep the stitches from falling off the needle's. So I found some polymer clay bead's that I got in a swap, then I glued them on.
I think they look pretty nice if I do say so myself.

Wow, they're beautiful! Look like glass rather than polymer. -meg http://inchbyinch.blog-city.com

Hey-Great work!!! There is a shop here in jerome AZ where I live called Knit 1, Bead 2, the array of colors of yarn and fibers is absolutely amazing.
I love the felted cap you did too. This is Greg(Manbeader) from bead Art.

Helaine,
These needles are sooo cute!
Your needles are beautiful. I went to a fiber fair in my area and they had bamboo needles with beads on the ends. They sold for 20.00 dollars a pair. This is a great idea! TFS
